앱에서 직접 삭제 (즉시)

  1. 홍연 앱 실행
  2. 마이페이지 → 회원 탈퇴
  3. 본인 확인(전화번호 인증) 후 삭제

앱을 쓸 수 없을 때

가입한 전화번호를 적어 hongyeon.help@gmail.com 로 "계정 삭제 요청"을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 뒤 7일 안에 삭제합니다.

삭제되는 정보

회원 정보(전화번호·성별·찾는 상대), 닉네임, 서신(글·사진), 1:1 문의, 임시 번호 연결 기록, 서신 초대, 차단 목록, 남은 실과 패스 이용 기간

보관되는 정보

결제·환불·이용권 기록 5년(전자상거래법), 신고 기록 처리 완료 후 1년, 영구 정지된 계정의 전화번호(정지 해제 때까지, 재가입을 통한 제재 회피 방지).
패스 구독은 Google Play에서 따로 해지해야 합니다.

Delete in the app (immediate)

  1. Open Hong-Yeon
  2. My Page → Delete account
  3. Confirm with phone verification

If you cannot use the app

Email hongyeon.help@gmail.com with the phone number you signed up with and the subject "Account deletion request". We delete it within 7 days after verifying you.

What is deleted

Profile (phone number, gender, preference), nickname, letters (text and photos), support messages, temporary ID records, letter invitations, block list, remaining threads and pass time.

What is kept

Payment, refund and entitlement records for 5 years (Korean e-commerce law), report records for 1 year after resolution, and phone numbers of permanently banned accounts until the ban is lifted.
Cancel the pass subscription separately in Google Play.
